• Build, enhance, and maintain core backend services using Kotlin (Spring Boot or Ktor) • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and data scientists to design scalable and reliable solutions • Improve performance, stability, and maintainability of the platform • Contribute ideas for architecture, design patterns, and tooling • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Has strong experience with **Kotlin** in **web-based environments** (not Android) • Is highly skilled with **Spring Boot** and/or **Ktor** (this is **super important**) • Has solid experience with **Hibernate** and **Spring** frameworks • Understands **modern software architecture** and can contribute to design discussions • Has valid **EU work authorization** (ideally based in **Poland**) • Is **fluent in English** - both spoken and written
