• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth • Identify and qualify prospective enterprise clients through research and networking • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and optimize client solutions • Develop and manage sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and timely follow-up on leads • Use data and insights to overcome objections and craft a compelling value-based solution • Negotiate contracts and close deals, while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process • Consistently look for ways to improve the customer buying experience and always work in a way consistent with the best interests of the customer and company • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall team and company performance • Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field • 7+ years of Payment sales experience in closing new logos preferably in Merchant Acquiring, ACH, RTP and FedNow flows • Record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Experience selling sophisticated technical solutions • A proven ability to learn and insatiable curiosity for how problems can be solved through technology • A hunter mentality. You are steadfast in achieving sales targets, pursuing pipeline generation, and constantly improving the way you work individually and with your team. • An entrepreneurial attitude.
