📋 Description

• Build market insight and map leadership talent • Proactively engage C level and senior stakeholders through phone, video, email and face to face outreach • Support both new business development and existing client growth, including repeat business and account expansion • Contribute to a structured and transparent search process • Support delivery of leadership hiring projects aligned to business outcomes • Develop into a trusted partner, working as an extension of client teams to help future proof leadership capability

• Strong academic or early professional track record • Motivation to build a commercially focused career • Curiosity about business, leadership and organisational performance • Experience in sales, SDR or BDR roles • Comfortable with outreach, pipeline building and working to KPIs • Drive, resilience and accountability • Confidence in proactive outreach and stakeholder engagement • Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability • Professional communication and attention to detail • Alignment to values of Collaboration, Entrepreneurial, Empathy and Excellence
