📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic operations business partner to business leaders supporting a large and complex organization • Translate complex data and business problems into clear priorities, recommendations, and measurable outcomes • Build alignment with senior stakeholders and ensure initiatives move from planning through execution • Develop comprehensive project plans and lead large, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution • Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, and other partners • Analyze business performance, pipeline, capacity, and broader trends to surface opportunities and risks • Improve processes, reporting, planning mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business strategy, sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related analytical function • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into practical recommendations • Demonstrated success leading projects with broad scope from planning through execution • Ability to build consensus across teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and Salesforce • Proficiency with AI tools, including LLMs, agents, Apps Script, and workflow automation tools • Strong ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
