📋 Description

• Oversee all human resources operations in assigned geographical location • Manage a professional relationship with senior business stakeholders • Support managers in addressing organizational requirements • Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum • Partner with stakeholders to develop policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR business partner • Strong HR knowledge and experience in Canada, US, Mexico employment law & practices • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field • Experience with Workday will be desirable • Excellent people management skills • Analytical and goal oriented • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation • Certified HR Practitioner • Master's qualification preferred
