📋 Description

• Ensure that the team is sized appropriately to cover existing and forecasted workload. • Responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent when needed to expand/replace team members. • Develop the department's organizational development and performance management of the team. • Mentor junior FE's and ensure they have the necessary training and direction. • Responsible for inspiring, developing, and maintaining a team culture of total technical ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Associate's degree, or Technical school certification, or Military training experience is required. • Must have 4+ years of experience in Training, Configuration, Testing, optimization, 911 Communication, and Computer Networking. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
