📋 Description
• Manage various daily operations related to the integration and operation of Motorola's radio communication system • Follow ITIL-based processes, manage incidents, lead and participate in various meetings • Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools for clients • Provide competent support and communicate effectively with our clients, subcontractors, and teammates
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in radio communications and/or IT • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken • Strong skills in logical reasoning, diagnostics, and communication • Familiarity with equipment used to support communication systems • Experience with common office tools (primarily MS Word and Excel, as well as Google Workspace)
