📋 Description

• Manage and improve forecasting, reconciliation, and analysis tools for service business and related teams • Communicate daily with all lines of business via email and phone • Input, interpret, and reconcile financial workbooks for various territories • Support accurate reconciliation of historical, current, and future service revenue opportunities • Partner with field territories and facilitate audit outputs related to business revenue accuracy • Investigate disparities, process errors, and systemic system or IT issues • Analyze financial reports, trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate forecasting and performance-to-plan information to territory and service leaders • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiencies, including backup support, workflow, procedure, and performance improvements • Build and maintain effective working alliances with internal customers and partners • Initiate problem-solving actions and follow through to resolution • Schedule weekly team meetings and regular business reviews • Handle escalated business matters and provide solutions • Communicate with subcontractors and FSO teams, monitoring business progress through completion • Distribute watch lists and updated information to the service team for communication with external customers

🎯 Requirements

• Great communication skills • Ability to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Salesforce experience • Strong business skills • Forecasting experience • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Forecasting Analyst, Planning Analyst, Sales Analyst, Operations Specialist, or Customer Service Specialist • Experience creating reports • Experience managing projects • Experience presenting and facilitating meetings with upper management • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position • Travel Requirements: 10-25%
