📋 Description

• Own the operating model and GMV/variance analysis informing planning, capital allocation, and performance measurement • Partner with the Controller to improve monthly budget-vs-actual analysis and reduce completion time • Build live departmental dashboards for timely visibility into organizational spend • Own forecasting and the business review cadence, including variance analysis and board reporting • Take ownership of the GMV forecasting model and maintain its methodology and data • Build cohort-based models of provider launch performance and decompose rate/volume variances • Proactively identify emerging trends and risks before they become misses • Improve and document financial processes, including budget-vs-actual cadence, variance reporting, and ROI frameworks • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify cost-to-serve and unit economics improvements • Implement the strategic finance technology stack and maintain data integrity • Develop and pitch strategic initiatives and support broader efforts such as M&A

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, consulting, and high-growth startup finance • Highly analytical background • At least one prior experience building or leading a strategic finance function at a startup • Ability to build detailed financial models and influence board narratives, planning cycles, and capital allocation decisions • Ability to operate independently, build trust with cross-functional leaders, and drive process improvements • Interest in making finance a strategic partner across the company • Ability to work in the United States; application asks whether visa sponsorship will be required
