• Build strong partnership and long-term engagement with key accounts • Identify unmet customer needs through in-depth market understanding • Develop, implement, and execute strategic business plans • Monitor customer account plans and track projects based on metrics • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities • Identify new and innovative solutions to address customer challenges • Leverage data analytics and business insights to drive growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent • Previous experience in key account management/sales/supplier management • Knowledge and prior experience in the life-sciences and public health is considered an asset • Strong customer relationship building skills • Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills • Strong business and financial acumen • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving ability • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Travel is required, must be located in Vancouver, British Columbia
