📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts for web, API, and/or mobile applications • Collaborate with Development teams to understand system architecture and implementation • Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming with Product Owner teams • Translate product requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test automation scripts • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Report defects, verify fixes, and contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes • Perform root cause analysis of test failures and assist with debugging alongside development teams • Ensure test data setup and environment readiness for automation runs • Maintain automation documentation and publish test execution status reports with feature-level test coverage traceability • Communicate automation testing status to stakeholders • Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, controls, and the Company’s Risk Appetite • Identify risk-related issues requiring escalation to management • Partner with technology and operations teams on post-production validation and ongoing stability and reliability of Cash & Trading capabilities • Maintain internal control standards and implement audit and regulatory issues as applicable • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ software quality assurance and control experience, with creation and maintenance of test scripts for desktop/web applications/API/webservices testing, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ software quality assurance and control experience, with creation and maintenance of test scripts for desktop/web applications/API/webservices testing • Strong programming skills in one or more pertinent languages • Sound understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and processes • Sound knowledge of agile development methodologies and Development Operations practices • Familiarity with pertinent defect tracking systems • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Experience in testing cloud-based applications and APIs • Strong domain expertise in Cash & Trading domain such as Trust Accounting Platform and its ecosystem, including daily client reporting, multi-format statement generation, and internal operational reporting • Exposure to fintech platforms and emerging technologies, with a solid understanding of modern digital ecosystems and integration patterns • Exposure to AI concepts and tools, including AI-assisted testing, test data generation, and intelligent automation • ISTQB or similar QA certification • Experience with pertinent performance and load testing tools • Exposure to security testing practices and tools
