• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers in the Thuringia region • Provide technical consulting and on-site solution development for the full product range in mechatronic systems, motion and positioning systems, and automation technology • Independently plan, coordinate and conduct customer visits in the field • Approximately 40% regional travel to customers without overnight stays • Market monitoring and development of potential within the sales territory • Close collaboration with inside sales for quotation handover and processing • Participation in trade shows and sales events
• Completed technical degree, further training as a technician, or a technical apprenticeship with several years of experience (e.g., in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, precision engineering, or similar) • At least 3 years of professional experience as a technical staff member, sales engineer, applications engineer, designer, developer, or comparable role for technically complex products, preferably in mechatronic systems and automation technology • Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written • Self-organized, independent, and result-oriented working style • Enjoy working with people • Willingness to travel, flexibility, and a Class B driver’s license
