• This is a remote position. • Acquire and retain event organizers to meet sales targets. • Consult, seek approval, and coordinate client product customization requests with the regional team. • Assist the regional team wherever needed to maximize sales success for the customers who require product customizations. • Understand the company’s products and services to determine whether prospective clients are a good fit. • Manage client's needs and deliver expected works in a timely manner to maintain client satisfaction. • Manage ticket buyer inquiries and resolve their issues through relevant company channels. • Assist the regional team in developing sales and marketing strategies for customer acquisition. • Undertake other positions or assignments as required by the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, communications or other related fields in business • Must have experience in the event industry with a strong network of promoters • At least 1 year of sales experience • Sales DNA with a service mind • Competitive nature - extremely eager to learn and win • Excellent command of spoken and written English and the local language • Excellent presentation/proposal creating skills • Excellent presentation and sales skills
