• Completed degree (e.g., associate degree) or an equivalent qualification from a two‑year college or university • Professional experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry • Strong negotiation skills, especially for pricing and dealer agreements • Confident user of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) • Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage for international markets • Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns • Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events • Sales mentality: motivated, organized, independent, customer‑focused, results‑ and solution‑oriented, communicative, resilient, and eager to learn • Team player with the ability to work cross‑functionally
