📋 Description

• Educate guests on services, retail products, and memberships to grow rebooking and retention • Travel to studios across the assigned region to provide sales, guest service, and operational support • Perform key guest-facing roles including Guest Service and Studio Support, and provide Manager support as needed • Support daily studio operations including scheduling, guest flow, inventory, and retail activities • Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences aligned with brand standards across studios • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness • Work with studio and regional leadership to achieve guest satisfaction, rebooking, and revenue goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, guest service, retail, or hospitality • Comfortable educating guests and driving purchase decisions • Leadership experience a plus, with ability to fill in for Studio Managers as needed • Flexible and ready to travel regularly within assigned markets • Personable, professional, and confident communicator • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable using scheduling software, EMR systems, and digital communication tools • Self-motivated and adaptable • Energized by fast-paced environments • Interest in representing a mission-driven brand focused on exceptional service
