📋 Description
• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and key liaison between NQS and trauma program clients • Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer support to clients utilizing the NQS platform • Lead and manage onboarding for new clients from kickoff through go-live • Collaborate with integration and product teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation • Conduct live and virtual product demos tailored to trauma programs and registrars • Develop and deliver custom training plans and resources for hospitals • Represent NQS at industry conferences, webinars, and client-facing events as a thought leader • Mentor and collaborate with the broader customer success team on trauma-specific education
🎯 Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in good standing (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred) • Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR) – optional but preferred • 7+ years of experience in trauma care, including significant time in trauma program leadership or coordination roles • Deep familiarity with trauma registry operations, ACS requirements, NTDB, and trauma performance improvement • Experience with SaaS, healthcare IT systems, or trauma data platforms preferred.
