📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other key healthcare professionals. • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within a specific region or geography – predominately in the traditional out-patient practices, but also inclusive of institutions, local insurance payors, physician groups, long term care facilities, etc. • Manage full lifecycle of the product sales process, including new business development and lead generation via programs and other initiatives. • Collaborate with the marketing team on the development of sales and marketing collateral. • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events. • Stay current on industry and marketplace trends in the areas of personalized medicine.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred. • 3+ years of sales experience or relevant clinical experience; preferably in biotech, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. • Must reside in the Territory. • Experience in biotech, healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals preferred. • Excellent presentation, training, coaching, and communication skills (both written and oral). • Strong interpersonal skills: active listening, coaching, advising, problem-solving, and facilitation. • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable engaging customers remotely and in person. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred. • Proficient in Excel preferred. • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and patient privacy regulations preferred. • Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently. • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Myriad’s policy standards. • Ability to model and live corporate values and professional ethics.

🏖️ Benefits

• Note: This is a field-based sales position. Candidates must reside within the territory, which includes Sioux Falls, SD, Omaha, NE, and Fargo, ND, and be able to travel locally on a daily basis to meet with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
