• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives • Identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, referrals, networking events, and industry conferences • Consistently reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to establish new business opportunities • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand targeted brand profiles and specific campaign objectives • Tailor outreach efforts to meet the unique requirements of each targeted brand, positioning the company’s offerings effectively • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations • Present compelling proposals and negotiate contract terms that create win-win solutions for both the client and the company • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas as determined by leadership • Coordinate with Finance and Legal departments to finalize contracts and manage billing processes efficiently • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior leadership, detailing progress, challenges, and key wins.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) • 2+ years in outbound sales, business development, or a related role • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas in a high-volume environment • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools • Ability to analyze market data and apply insights to outreach strategies • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
