📋 Description

• Design and implement groundbreaking platform services that fuel product development and feature expansion • Master and enhance CI/CD pipelines to supercharge development across multiple internal projects • Optimise cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) to deliver unmatched performance, scalability, and security • Configure and manage AWS Connect contact centre solutions to enhance customer communication capabilities • Transform routine tasks through automation, dramatically improving system efficiency • Leverage cutting-edge monitoring tools including Grafana, CloudWatch, and DataDog to ensure peak system performance • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges across development, testing, and production environments • Implement fortress-like security practices across all infrastructure and services • Collaborate with brilliant development teams to build robust, high-performance environments • Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging technologies and implementing creative solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a related role • Proficient with Unix operating system administration • Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as, GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI etc • Proficiency with containerisation technologies specifically Docker, Amazon ECS and ECR • Excellent understanding of cloud platforms (specifically AWS) including services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, OpenSearch, ElastiCache etc • Extensive experience with AWS Connect for contact centre solutions, call routing, and customer communication workflows • Extensive relational database knowledge (e.g. MySQL, MariaDB), as well as NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, DynamoDB) • Experience with search (e.g. Elasticsearch) and caching (e.g. Redis) technologies • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform • Strong understanding of networking (VPCs, SGs etc), firewalls, VPN, and DNS • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Sentry, Grafana and CloudWatch • Experience with version control systems (e.g. GitLab) and best practices for branching, merging, and versioning • Extensive coding experiencing using Python, Javascript, Bash and PHP
