📋 Description

• Conduct high-quality franchise candidate interviews that drive conversion and protect brand standards • Manage and advance the candidate pipeline to meet conversion and award expectations • Maintain ATS and CRM data integrity to support forecasting and visibility • Re-engage dormant and legacy candidates to generate additional interview volume • Monitor personal performance metrics and provide funnel feedback to leadership • Drive candidates from initial conversation through franchise award

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in phone-based sales, outbound outreach, or high-volume follow-up • Strong qualification and objection-handling skills • Organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-up and pipeline management • Confidently manage activity within an ATS/CRM to track progress and performance • Communicate with energy and confidence, clearly articulating the value of franchise ownership • Results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding conversion goals • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Zoom, Excel, and Google Workspace • Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations over phone and video
