They provide expert maternity coaching, coordinate a team to support feeding, nutrition, labor, and recovery, and connect members to local resources (housing, rides, other supports). 📋 Description

• Oversee all contracted specialty care roles, including Doulas, Registered Dietitians, and IBCLCs • Coordinate roster availability, panel matching, compliance audit trails, contractor accountability, and onboarding • Track visit completion, labor attendance, charting timelines, and documentation standards • Conduct charting and documentation audits across Athena, Spruce, and Acuity • Identify and escalate contractor administrative non-compliance, missed labor events, and boundary violations • Review invoices against active contracts and enforce contracted service terms • Liaise with Licensing, Credentialing & Enrollment and maintain credentialing artifacts and roster compliance • Lead interviews for incoming Doula, Registered Dietitian, and Lactation Consultant candidates • Represent Nadia Care at community and regional recruitment events as needed • Partner with care teams to integrate specialty care into member care plans • Produce monthly panel summaries covering assignments, delivery windows, credentialing renewals, and capacity constraints • Coordinate doula assignments and ensure primary and backup doula matching before 30 weeks gestation • Lead member communication about birth support expectations and labor activation protocols • Participate in on-call rotation for live labor events and resolve coverage bottlenecks • Maintain delivery trackers and proactively redistribute assignments to prevent coverage gaps

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3–5 years handling care coordination, maternal health operations, or contractor panel administration across multiple care verticals • Strong autonomous startup experience, organizational skills, and operational strength • High fluency with digital care systems and platforms, including Athena Health, Spruce, Acuity, Slack, and Google Workspace • Willingness and ability to participate in a structured, team-backed on-call rotation outside standard business hours • Demonstrated experience evaluating contractor candidates and conducting structured interviews • Highly organized with strong communication skills • Ability to hold independent contractors accountable to administrative, charting, credentialing, and SLA standards • Comfortable with operational ambiguity, rapid scaling, and wearing multiple hats in a hypergrowth startup • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
