📋 Description

• Map cross-team dependencies and manage critical paths across multi-team engineering projects • Maintain live critical-path views and flag timeline impacts caused by team delays • Surface hidden and emerging dependencies before they become blockers • Distill project dependencies, risks, timelines, and drivers into concise updates for stakeholders and leadership • Proactively coordinate product management, design, data, legal, engineering, and other stakeholders • Ensure teams on both sides of dependencies communicate effectively • Chase answers, escalate when needed, and keep work moving • Provide technical decision support by understanding architecture, infrastructure, API design, and build-versus-buy tradeoffs • Reason about sequencing implications and surface impacts on timeline, scope, and teams • Facilitate broader input when technical decisions warrant it • Document dependency graphs, specifications, decisions, and timelines • Preserve decisions made in Slack and ad-hoc meetings • Help new project participants quickly understand project context and sequencing

🎯 Requirements

• Systems and dependency thinking across interconnected multi-team plans • Technical fluency in architecture diagrams, system tradeoffs, and sprint planning • 4+ years managing complex, multi-team software projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders • Strong written communication for concise, accurate updates to non-technical audiences • Proactive stakeholder coordination and follow-through • Ability to drive clarity and progress under ambiguity • Cross-functional credibility with engineers, product managers, designers, and executives
