📋 Description

• You manage and develop your accounts in the FMCG market—including Rewe, Edeka and the Markant Group—in line with defined company objectives, and successfully implement regional sales promotion measures. • You continuously develop your sales territory to sustainably increase sales, profitability and market share. • You acquire new customers with a focus on profitability and continuously identify market potential. • You sell our products and concepts, present our assortment and actively contribute to achieving company targets. • You consistently expand distribution and shelf space for our premium products. • You advise your customers professionally on our sales promotion materials—always in line with economic guidelines—and continuously monitor market changes and competitor activities. • You attend trade fairs and exhibitions and represent our company professionally on site. • You actively secure orders and ensure smooth processing. • You handle complaints professionally, in a solution-oriented and customer-friendly manner.

🎯 Requirements

• You have several years of experience in field sales for a branded goods manufacturer or in FMCG retail, ideally in the food or OTC sectors. • You are results-oriented, a strong communicator, and confident in negotiation. • You bring flexibility, resilience and optimism to successfully handle a variety of tasks. • You enjoy traveling, preferably live in your sales territory, and are willing to stay overnight occasionally. • You hold a valid driver's license (Class B). • You proactively approach customers with friendly persistence and enjoy selling as well as building long-term customer relationships. • You actively maintain and expand your network of decision-makers in retail.
