📋 Description

• Create, maintain, troubleshoot, and implement automated and ad-hoc solutions for reporting and analytical needs • Work cross-functionally to support the Inventory Team, Account Managers, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets using advanced formulas and functions • Maintain and enhance the Python codebase for reporting, automation, and data workflows • Manage and maintain Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting errors and data discrepancies within the client-facing DOMO Dashboard • Automate custom stakeholder reports using Python • Develop additional reports and analyses on an ad-hoc basis • Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for data processes, knowledge sharing, and operational continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, data operations, or a related analytical role • Highly skilled in Excel, including INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, nested/complex formulas, and data reconciliation techniques • Proficiency in Python, with extensive experience using pandas for data cleaning, manipulation, transformation, and analysis • Deep working knowledge of Tableau, including Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, calculated fields, and parameters • Familiarity with DOMO, including Magic ETL, Beast Mode, Dataflows, Views, calculated fields, and more • Familiarity using Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development workflows • Familiarity working within Jira or a similar ticketing/project management platform • Able to regularly support Eastern Time business hours • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States • Must be 18 years or older
