📋 Description

• Define the overarching technical strategy and govern architectural standards across the HCM suite • Ensure seamless, scalable integration across SAP SuccessFactors • Manage technical SAP teams through complex system development and deployment • Re-engineer, transform, and maintain custom SAP SOH workloads onto SuccessFactors and BTP • Analyze current-stack custom workloads and establish a migration framework to achieve clean core • Lead SAP technical vision and apply best practices to maximize business value • Simplify complex business processes and reduce total cost of ownership • Evaluate business requirements and architect integrated SAP solutions • Advise product and business teams on SAP technology and tools • Lead technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development of SAP functionality and integrations • Guide engineering teams in solution development, configuration, and implementation • Ensure project technical integrity and reuse of common technical elements • Participate in product roadmap and strategy definition • Coordinate technical teams and align solution components with roadmaps • Hold teams accountable for deadlines and successful deliverables • Mentor, coach, and train engineers and consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-focused education in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology major, or equivalent combination of education and training • Experience as an Architect or Senior Consultant in at least 8 SAP SuccessFactors/HR implementations • 10+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration development for large-scale transformations • Deep SAP application engineering experience using extensibility models, including RAP, CAP, and clean-core principles • Experience using released APIs and creating wrappers for requirements without released APIs • Experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud applications with SAP BTP services • Experience with Business Application Studio, SAP Build, Advanced Work Zone, and Integration Suite • Business process re-engineering or process improvement experience with broad-based information systems • Strong SAP technical and functional knowledge • Experience working globally at a leadership level with demonstrated growth and achievement • Experience with HR transformation projects, including SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations • Experience with Web Services, Java connectors, REST APIs, and non-SAP application integrations • Experience with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAC, or Fieldglass is a plus
