📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day operational support of SAP BTP applications in a production environment, including troubleshooting issues and managing incidents • Coordinate with development teams on break fixes and enhancements • Ensure high system availability and performance for SAP BTP applications • Lead a team of support specialists focused on BTP technologies, including leading offshore teams • Collaborate with onsite architects and onsite leads to improve SAP BTP engineering development strategy, architecture, and governance • Work with product and other engineering teams to architect, design and evaluate technical design options for custom development, following industry best practices and NBCU standards • Create procedures and documentation for rollout and implementations • Support production deployments and manage relationships with Product Teams, Change Management, Testing and other Engineering teams • Prioritize and schedule enhancements based on business need • Implement procedures to communicate effectively with stakeholders during service interruptions

🎯 Requirements

• Education degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and training • 8+ years of development experience • SAP BTP Integration Suite certification required • Expertise in implementing integration patterns to optimize data exchange and automate business processes • Proficient in technologies and protocols: SFTP, Encryption, REST, ODATA, SFAPI, SOAP, XML, JSON, IDOC, Message queues, Identity management, CAPM, SAML, OAuth, ABAP Proxies • Experience in the entire project lifecycle: Business Requirement Gathering, Project planning, Solution Design, Technical development, Enhancements, Testing, post Go-Live support • Real-time integration expertise • Experience developing integration scenarios between heterogeneous systems • Ability to analyze existing system integrations for upgrades and improvements • Knowledge to leverage SAP API Business Hub and BTP best practices • Ability to use different mapping methods for data transformation • Thorough understanding of cloud applications: SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP C4C, SAP Callidus/Workday using SAP CPI/BTP • Experience overseeing Cloud Connector configuration activities, including mappings for HTTP, RFC and TCP protocols • Understanding of connectivity principles and system performance considerations • Knowledge of high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and security best practices • Experience establishing governance processes for user access management • Maintain documentation of configurations, policies, and troubleshooting approaches • Has independently led a team and experience providing estimates and planning to set expectations with stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Possess interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate in a team environment • Desired: Knowledge working with AEM, API management and/or Cloud ALM is a plus
