📋 Description

• Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls at customer locations quickly and efficiently • Maintain electromechanical equipment, such as self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Complete maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance (PM), and system refurbishment work • Organize and triage customer requests • Act as the first point of contact for customers and communicate professionally to identify appropriate solutions • Intervene proactively before issues arise • Serve as a brand ambassador for NCR Voyix

🎯 Requirements

• Reside locally within the assigned geographic area • Authorized to travel to the United States • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets NCRV fleet requirements • Computer skills, basic electronics knowledge, and familiarity with certain hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel extensively, including driving several hours per day • Rotating shifts and weekend work • Flexible schedule with morning, afternoon, and evening rotating-shift starts, including some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repeatedly perform grasping and handling motions involving objects of various sizes • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job • Knowledge of high-capacity servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred, not required) • A+, CompTIA, or N+ certifications (preferred, not required) • One year or more of relevant experience (preferred, not required)
