📋 Description

• Perform installations, maintenance, and service calls at customer locations • Maintain electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Complete maintenance, repair, preventive maintenance, and system refurbishment work • Communicate openly, helpfully, and professionally as the first point of contact for customers • Organize and triage customer requests • Proactively intervene before issues arise • Apply formal NCR Voyix training to deliver timely customer solutions • Serve as a brand ambassador for NCR Voyix

🎯 Requirements

• Reside locally within the assigned geographic area • Authorized to travel to the United States • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets NCRV fleet requirements • Computer skills, basic electronics knowledge, and familiarity with certain hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel extensively, including driving several hours per day • Rotating shifts and weekend work • Flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening starts and some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repeatedly perform grasping and handling motions • Preferred: knowledge of high-capacity servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software • Preferred: A+, CompTIA, or N+ certifications • Preferred: one year or more of relevant experience
