📋 Description

• Directly supervise 45+ employees, including a TM1 with direct reports. • Manage all district activities to ensure delivery of on-site support services. • Control expenses and assets. • Provide leadership and supervisory responsibility for mentoring the TM1 and direct/indirect reports. • Develop relationships with internal customers and advise on service delivery, maintenance agreements, and SLAs. • Perform root-cause analysis and preventive measures for repeat escalations. • Resolve escalations caused by resource problems, including disciplinary and soft-skills issues. • Conduct hiring activities and monitor performance-improvement issues. • Provide coaching and counseling to team members. • Track expenses, finance, overtime, employee-related costs, tools, test equipment, vehicles, and service parts. • Set objectives, conduct quarterly/annual performance reviews, and manage vacation and training schedules. • Conduct regular individual and team meetings with planners and coordinators.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience or combination of education and experience will be considered on an exception basis.) • Five to eight years of work experience in hardware and/or software support. • Previous experience as a group, team, or project leader, or other supervisory/leadership capacity in technical services or support is preferred. • Local residence and living within your assigned service area. • Valid driver's license. • Authorization to work in the U.S. • Willingness and ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including credit check, criminal, driving record, and drug screen. • Ability to lift and carry tools and parts weighing up to 50 lbs. • Ability and openness to prolonged travel as needed.
