📋 Description

• Architect infrastructure solutions for strategic media and entertainment partnerships, studio-scale content production pipelines, agency data consolidation, and generative AI model deployments • Demonstrate to executive stakeholders how infrastructure decisions affect business models and operability • Translate vague business goals into precise engineering requirements • Identify customers’ position on the transition from legacy service bureau to AI-native technology platform and prescribe infrastructure interventions • Identify, engage, and technically validate critical media and entertainment ISV relationships • Define reference architectures for ISV tools on Nebius infrastructure • Work directly with ISV engineering teams to build and publish integration standards • Evaluate ISV and partner opportunities with the GM based on technical merit and strategic leverage • Use field evidence to prioritize and justify the media and entertainment product roadmap • Work with Nebius’s global Head of Product and Head of Engineering to translate partner and customer needs into product direction • Chair a quarterly M&E Product Summit with Core Engineering leadership • Build reference architectures, integration playbooks, and technical frameworks • Travel 10%–20% for executive meetings and key industry events • Grow into recruiting, shaping, and leading a team as the business scales

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, distributed systems, or a closely related technical domain • Executive presence and ability to present layered technical roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders • Hands-on individual contributor and builder mentality, with ability to architect and ship partner solutions • Experience defining platform strategy and making product-minded technical decisions • Ability to operate effectively amid evolving requirements and ambiguity • Forensic technical mindset, including investigation of kernels, logs, and P&L • Expert-level, production-grade knowledge of GPU architectures, including H100 and L40s • Expert knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration, including Soperator/K8s • Expert knowledge of high-performance and parallel file systems, such as Lustre and WEKA • Knowledge of data lake architecture • Knowledge of InfiniBand/Ethernet networking constraints • Expertise in inference optimization, including model serving, batch sizes, quantization, KV caching, latency tradeoffs, massive throughput, and sub-50ms real-time demands • Deep production-grade working knowledge of GPU infrastructure and inference-based solutioning is required • Experience within the media and entertainment ecosystem, including gaming, multimodal generative models, AdTech, and VFX/content production • Must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and provide proof of employment eligibility
