📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients needing support via phone, video, and email • Manage updates to client systems with precision and care • Partner with Client Success Managers to build and configure new client applications • Review peer configurations for accuracy, impact, and consistency • Solve problems creatively and professionally while following best practices and maintaining SLAs • Collaborate with the Client Support team • Help communities manage government programs such as HUD, Disaster Recovery, Solar, and Treasury programs
