📋 Description

• Source and identify creative talent across production, animations, cinematography, editing, design, and other creative roles • Review portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to identify strong candidates • Conduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviews • Organize and improve the hiring process, candidate pipeline, and recruiting systems • Work with leadership to understand hiring needs, skill gaps, and role requirements • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication • Proactively build relationships with high-quality creative talent before hiring needs become urgent • Assist with writing and refining job postings and recruiting materials • Support freelance/contract and full-time hiring efforts • Help Nen Creative scale its hiring pipeline across creative, production, operations, and client leadership roles

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States • Strong understanding of creative industries, including video production, motion design, branding, or digital design • Strong creative judgment and ability to evaluate portfolios and reels • Comfortable speaking with creative talent and assessing fit beyond technical skill alone • Experience recruiting for creative, agency, startup, or production environments preferred • Self-directed and able to operate independently • Strong proficiency in utilizing tools & AI to improve workflows • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Must be comfortable working late nights and weekends as needed; this is not a 9-5 job • Candidates based outside the US are not accepted • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required • Portfolio site URL required as part of application • LinkedIn URL required as part of application
