📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and engage engineering teams, supporting team members' professional and technical growth. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality projects on schedule and aligned with business needs. • Work alongside other leaders (product, design, architecture, operations) to define priorities, strategies, and the technical roadmap. • Be responsible for promoting engineering best practices (code quality, testing, automation, security, observability). • Support the evolution of our solutions' architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and technical sustainability. • Contribute to building and strengthening the company's technology and collaboration culture. • Manage technical and delivery performance metrics, promoting continuous improvement within teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer, with a background in .NET (C#), Golang, Python, or similar languages. • Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture. • Experience leading and developing software engineering teams. • Experience working with microservices and distributed systems. • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and observability. • Ability to manage technical projects and collaborate with stakeholders across different areas. • Participation in strategic business initiatives (e.g., operational efficiency, innovation, security). • Experience in high-complexity environments with high transactional volume.
