📋 Description

• Own the clinician's whole day across athenaOne and other tools • Design, build, and retire athenaOne encounter plans, templates, text macros, order sets, and clinical content • Write the playbook so the support team can handle routine administration • Decide what belongs on the clinician product surface and build a substantial share of it • Own the clinical side of migrating workflows from Salesforce • Analyze current workflows, determine what should carry forward, and preserve clinician-critical functionality • Work directly with clinicians after visits and sometimes accompany them in the passenger seat • Distinguish workflow, training, and content problems • Build prototypes, tools, pipelines, or automations to clarify product requirements • Apply clinical judgment to product decisions while checking anything clinicians act on in the home • Explain tradeoffs to clinicians and collaborate through technical reviews with engineers • Ensure PHI, clinical safety, and documentation requirements shape product design

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical training (RN, NP, PA, LCSW or similar) or 3+ years of clinical informatics working directly with clinicians • 3+ years across clinical informatics, EHR build, or clinical product management • Hands-on experience building templates, order sets, or documentation workflows • Fluent in SQL • Comfortable reasoning about clinical data including encounters, problems, orders, and claims • Built at least one real project with an agentic coding tool such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar • Clear writing skills • Clinical understanding of PHI, clinical safety, and documentation requirements • Ability to collaborate with clinicians and engineers • athenaOne experience is a strong plus • FHIR/HL7 interoperability experience is a plus • Value-based care and quality/outcomes measurement experience is a plus • Home-based or complex care experience is a plus • Must submit a project or written explanation of a clinical workflow before the resume • Legally authorized and eligible for employment in the United States • Must have an active Medicaid License in the location listed for the role
