📋 Description

• Design and evolve nesto’s backend platform to support growth • Work closely with the Frontend and Data teams to build and integrate robust data services • Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code while following industry best practices (Clean Code) • Apply end-to-end technical expertise, including architecture design, coding, automated testing, and debugging • Analyze and resolve complex or intermittent bugs • Actively participate in validating new features • Promote continuous improvement by staying up to date with emerging technologies to enhance the existing architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or university diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field • At least 5 years of professional software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Node.js, or C# • Passion for creating user-focused products that deliver tangible value • Consistent willingness to learn, exchange knowledge with peers, and help grow the team in an inclusive and collaborative environment • Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders, both technical and business-oriented • Strong attention to detail, technical rigor, and the ability to think about software design for the long term (Systems Thinking) • Proficient English required: ability to collaborate daily with teams located across Canada, outside Quebec • French/English bilingualism is an asset
