• Actively prospect for Managed and Professional Services opportunities to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to assess their needs and uncover additional opportunities • Deliver impactful presentations and whiteboard demonstrations that align our services with client goals • Leverage consultative selling techniques to identify client needs, propose solutions, and negotiate terms to close Managed Services contracts • Nurture new accounts, providing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing client base • Set and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and maintain a minimum pipeline of qualified opportunities • Drive sales within our existing customer base of over 5,000 clients
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 3-5 years of proven success selling to SMB and mid-market clients, with expertise in IT Managed Services and Professional Services • Knowledge of or experience with technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Server, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, Cisco, SAN/LAN/WAN, and wireless solutions • Demonstrated success in applying consultative selling techniques, both independently and as part of a team • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas, ideally within the NY Tri-State area, with verifiable results
