• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise relationship management, or strategic sales within SaaS or legal tech industries. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth and retention targets. • Strong understanding of legal operations, document management, and workflow automation in the corporate legal environment. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. • Skilled in strategic planning, complex deal management, and multi-stakeholder engagement. • Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot; strong analytical and forecasting capabilities. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, consultative, and results-driven approach.
