📋 Description

• Demonstrate Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture products/assets to customers • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers • Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and transformation projects • Create compelling demos showcasing Amazon and Salesforce platforms • Create and modify Proposals SOW’s and responses to RFP’s • Help maintain and update lead management in Salesforce • Be liaison between sales and technical team for efficiency • Learn about Salesforce and AI products for recommendations • Collaborate closely on project scope & estimates in pre-sales process • Provide customer feedback for advancing products • Ensure highest level of customer experience • Drive innovation in Amazon and Salesforce capabilities and AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 - 3 years experience selling CRM solutions/services - preferably within Amazon Connect • 2 - 3 years in customer facing role, preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience.
