📋 Description

• Orchestrate multiple concurrent creative projects with clear timelines, resource plans, and feedback cycles • Operate and optimize the project stack: Productive.io, Notion, and Slack • Translate SOWs into efficient task structures, timelines, and production pipelines • Maintain project profitability through time tracking and scope control • Manage onboarding, communication, and delivery with external freelancers • Ensure client clarity and confidence throughout delivery • Coordinate creative and digital studio teams, tools, and production workflows • Identify risks early and share mitigation strategies with stakeholders • Refine and improve project systems and processes • Deliver projects on time, on budget, with minimal revisions and high-quality deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a project manager or producer role in a creative or digital studio • Proven ability to manage multiple design projects in parallel • Proven ability to manage video projects • Deep familiarity with studio workflows (brand, web, social, motion) • Experience with PM tools like Productive.io, ClickUp, or similar • Strong communication skills (internal & client-facing) • Bilingual (French/English) is essential • High level of autonomy and judgment • Nice-to-have: Experience managing offshore resources or 24/7 workflows • Nice-to-have: Background in creative production, design ops, or studio operations • Nice-to-have: Technical literacy, including Figma, development cycles, or AI tooling
