📋 Description

• Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls and email • Capture accurate and detailed business information to build Professional Websites or Online Marketing Campaigns • Manage a book of accounts during the onboarding process • Promote newly established services to reduce early-life churn and increase customer satisfaction • Make text and image changes to Web.com Websites using web-based design tools • Provide customers with improvement suggestions using industry best practices • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to improve processes • Identify and cross-sell additional professional service offerings based on customer needs • Apply and understand new technical material quickly • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment • Accept and incorporate qualitative feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available for all shifts Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, including holidays • Basic understanding of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to type 40 words per minute (WPM) • Detail-oriented, problem solver, and dynamic • Dedicated, organized, and team oriented • Strong conflict resolution, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills • High school (or equivalent) is required • Customer facing experience required • College/University degree with 2–3 years professional experience is a plus • Web design experience with templated platforms, such as WordPress, is preferred
