• Educate customers about our site design services • Understand customer goals for website and detail how the team can help • Educate customers about search engine optimization services • Maintain industry awareness and knowledge of current SEO strategies • Demonstrate interpersonal skills and thrive in a high-volume environment • Follow a hybrid approach of both Inbound and Outbound dials to connect with customers
