📋 Description

• Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of resilient, scalable Salesforce Platform solutions for Sales and CPQ • Translate business and product requirements into technical roadmaps and system specifications • Establish engineering best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and testing strategies • Write clean, maintainable, efficient APEX code • Conduct code reviews for quality, security, and performance • Manage technical debt and balance delivery speed with long-term system health • Provide technical guidance, support, and feedback to Salesforce engineers • Mentor team members and foster technical growth • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, technical grooming, and post-mortems • Partner with Technical Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Technical Leaders on scope, timelines, and feasibility • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership • Improve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience in Salesforce/CPQ • Experience with APEX Triggers and Classes • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Experience with Salesforce Configurations and Workflow • Experience with Salesforce Security and Administration • Knowledge of API design and JSON structures • Knowledge of Boundary System Architecture • Familiarity with Dev Ops GearSet platform (preferred) • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and GitHub/GitLab • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset • Visa sponsorship is not available • Must complete employment eligibility verification • Must pass a criminal background check • May be required to pass an export compliance assessment
