📋 Description
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders • Train and educate partners on Newfi’s programs, processes, and technology • Drive funded loan production • Act as a trusted advisor for your clients • Monitor loan deliveries, expiring rate locks, and ensure timely loan purchases • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support • Stay informed on industry trends and compliance guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage or related industry sales • Proven success in account management or business development roles • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
