• Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to test and deploy power platform updates. • Provide end-to-end service support for SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform and Dynamics365. • Design and configure Power Platform DLP policies. • Power Platform environment life cycle management. • Manage Power BI environment and workspaces. • Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security, and performance of the managed services. • Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams. • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services. • Communicate with the customer to keep them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
• Ability to attain DHS EOD • BA + 12 years’ applicable experience, AA + 14 years’ applicable experience or 18 years’ experience • 5 or more years of relevant experience in supporting SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform • Strong Communication Skills – be able to express key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
