📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more product areas within the NextGen Office portfolio • Apply product management fundamentals including discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and measurable KPIs • Lead high-priority initiatives across ambulatory EHR and practice management workflows, including clinical documentation, ordering, e-prescribing, scheduling, patient access, and revenue cycle • Define product strategy and roadmap for assigned healthcare ambulatory software products • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, client value, anticipated outcomes, and business objectives • Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery • Analyze market data and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovation • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and phase-outs • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to support alignment and product adoption • Prepare and present product performance reports and metrics • Write business cases and refine product roadmaps and strategies • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development and best practices • Perform other duties supporting the overall objective of the position

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience providing the required qualifications • 7+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in practice management and product management or business analysis • Proven track record of successful product launches and management • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools • Experience with ambulatory care software or EHR systems preferred • Strong understanding of healthcare and technology • Strong understanding of product management principles and software development life cycle • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage complex projects
