📋 Description

• Set the strategy for Zillow’s rental listings selection and marketplace inventory foundation • Own how rental inventory is sourced, ingested, enriched, and scored for quality • Improve listing completeness and quality, including pricing transparency, amenities, media richness, and completeness scoring • Grow rental inventory coverage across property types and sourcing channels • Source, negotiate, onboard, and optimize data and content partnerships • Optimize feed and aggregator relationships and third-party data sources • Partner with feed engineering on data quality, pipeline stability, platform reliability, and syndication • Balance committed roadmap work against urgent partner escalations and make disciplined tradeoffs • Represent listings strategy to senior leadership and external partners • Deliver measurable improvements in listing quality, coverage, partnerships, and platform scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in a Product Management role • Focus on building consumer-facing technology products • Marketplace and/or e-commerce experience required • Experience with inventory and marketplace strategy • Experience working with data pipelines, completeness scoring, and quality frameworks • Experience managing data and content partnerships at scale • Experience negotiating, onboarding, and optimizing third-party data sources • Ability to prioritize committed roadmap work while absorbing unplanned work • Active use of AI tools across research, prototyping, and analysis • Ability to evaluate AI capabilities and build-vs-partner-vs-buy decisions • Effective partnership with AI/ML teams • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to influence at all levels • Consistent record of shipping successful products at scale • Passion for the real estate industry • Commitment to Zillow Group’s mission and values
