📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for one or more Clinical Content product areas from discovery through launch and post-launch iteration • Execute product-led growth strategy and identify opportunities to expand adoption and usage • Partner with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, finance, sales, product marketing, support, and service operations teams • Define and execute roadmaps using discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and measurable KPIs • Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Inform strategic planning, new product development, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions • Monitor prospects, customers, competitors, partners, market positioning, and competitive differentiation • Define and track activation, adoption, expansion revenue, retention, churn, and customer/patient satisfaction metrics • Coordinate product releases and contribute to go-to-market messaging, pricing, and business models • Support partner business and contractual discussions • Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are identified, accurate, and delivered on time • Establish and maintain product lifecycle management focused on modernizing aged products and scalable platform architecture • Contribute to revenue, cost, and margin forecasting and reporting • Mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers on product management craft

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, biology, engineering, or a related field, or any combination of education and experience providing the required qualifications • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology/software product management • Proven ability to own and deliver results for ambulatory EHR and practice management product areas • Direct experience with ambulatory EHR and practice management products and clinical/front-office/back-office workflows • Familiarity with provider documentation, computerized order entry, e-prescribing (eRx/EPCS), clinical decision support, scheduling, registration, eligibility, and revenue cycle management • Experience with ambulatory regulatory and quality programs, including ONC Health IT Certification (CEHRT), CMS incentive and quality programs (MIPS/MACRA and Promoting Interoperability), eCQMs, information-blocking compliance, and value-based care • Experience defining, launching, and scaling AI/ML-powered product capabilities • Experience partnering with data science and engineering teams across the AI/ML model lifecycle and MLOps • Demonstrated ability to own a significant product area with business impact and revenue, cost, and margin considerations • Experience with product-led growth motions in a B2B SaaS or technology environment • Experience writing business cases, market analysis, go-to-market strategy, backlog management, and pricing/packaging input • Experience navigating complex business situations and managing diverse stakeholders • Knowledge of technology product management, product-led growth, SaaS business models, unit economics, MVP, Agile development, and product lifecycle practices • Deep understanding of healthcare technology • Knowledge of AI and generative AI fundamentals, large language models, model lifecycle, and MLOps • Knowledge of responsible and trustworthy AI in healthcare, including HIPAA, privacy, security, bias mitigation, transparency, explainability, human-in-the-loop design, and AI regulation • Leadership through influence, financial and business acumen, communication, cross-functional collaboration, executive-level presentation, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Ability to manage complex processes, workflows, product issues, concurrent projects, and urgent timelines • Ability to collaborate with and mentor global professionals • MBA, MHA, or other advanced business degree is a plus
