• Drive new business revenue across the Northeast region • Own new business growth across assigned territory • Build, manage, and execute a regional sales strategy • Prospect aggressively into enterprise accounts • Identify business pains tied to employee productivity • Engage multiple stakeholders across IT and business areas • Evangelize Nexthink’s value proposition • Lead discovery, business case development and negotiation • Manage customer expectations throughout evaluations • Sell the full Nexthink solution to ensure long-term customer success • Build trusted relationships that create expansion opportunities
• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience • Proven record of quota overachievement • Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations • Ability to evangelize emerging categories • Strong executive presence • Discipline in territory planning and account strategy • Comfort managing proof-of-concept processes • Consultative sales approach with strong discovery skills • High ownership, urgency, resilience, intellectual curiosity • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Sold disruptive or category-creating technology
