📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with the global Nextracker team to help develop and execute the steel PV module frame strategy • Establish commercial partnerships and grow sales volumes with leading global PV module OEMs • Support management/CCO to define and quantify technical and economic benefits • Collaborate with HQ and Nextracker functions to prepare localized sales and marketing collateral • Represent Nextracker at conferences/industry events • Support CCO/management to source, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships • Continuously optimize the steel frame solution for enhanced integration

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of US, China and international solar power business development and sales experience • 10+ years track record of commercial leadership • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the solar industry • Fluency/business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese required • Project development and investment experience preferred • MBA preferred
