📋 Description

• Own full-cycle enrollment conversations via Zoom, from initial consultation through close • Meet clear enrollment targets within a proven, high-ticket program • Handle senior-level objections involving career change, investment, time commitment, and ROI • Manage the pipeline in CRM with consistent follow-up • Handoff students to Student Success regarding payments, withdrawals, and support questions • Complete product and sales training and learn from top performers • Close enrollments independently at a consistent conversion rate • Build an objection-handling playbook based on effective practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience with a documented record of hitting or exceeding quota • Experience closing high-ticket or consultative deals where trust preceded the purchase • Comfort with 100% commission compensation • Independent pipeline management — you don't need day-to-day direction • Coachable at a senior level: you actively seek feedback and look for room to improve • Belief in education as a path to career change • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space for video calls • EdTech, career services, or training enrollment experience • Background selling to career changers, veterans, or non-traditional learners • CRM familiarity, HubSpot or similar
